"Gives You Hell" is the first single from The All-American Rejects' 2008 album, When the World Comes Down. It was first streamed on The All-American Rejects website on September 21 at 12:01 AM. It was released as a digital song on September 30, 2008. November 7, 2008.[1] The video was also number 38 on VH1's Top 40 of 2008. It also debuted #14 on Vh1s Top 20 Countdown and also peaked #1. It has briefly reached #1 on iTunes, and is currently #4. It is currently #4 on the Billboard Hot 100, making this the most successful All-American Rejects song. It will be released in the UK through the label Polydor on February 2, 2009 and will be available on 7" Picture Disc and CD single.
